We'll work on-site or remote to support your team's hiring efforts on a monthly fixed fee schedule. This fee schedule is dependent on how many days per week you'd like us to support you. These terms can be determined during our initial approach meeting to customize our recruiting support efforts for your company

Dedicated Recruitment

With this model, you would retain a recruiter's time on contract and they will work on filling one role with a percentage-based fee schedule relative to the annual salary of the role filled

Contact active and passive candidates matching ideal profile. 

Interviews

A, B and C rated candidates are sent along for interviews. If offer not extended, search is refined and starts again.

Accept offers, start onboarding and CMax support team building & retention as needed. .
